Yes! Most of our diamonds above 0.30 carat come with an international diamond grading report, primarily from GIA (Gemological Institute of America), one of the most reputable diamond labs globally.

Can You Help Me Design and Custom Make My Jewellery?

Absolutely! Most of our engagement rings and wedding bands are custom-made. We also offer personalized jewellery services where you can have greater involvement in designing your own piece. From size, shape, cut, color, and setting, every customized design is exclusive to its creator.

Do You Offer Alternative Metal Options such as Palladium?

Yes! We offer platinum, 18K white gold, 18K rose gold, and 18K yellow gold as standard options for most styles. We also offer 14K white gold, 14K rose gold, 14K yellow gold, and palladium upon request. Please contact us for more details about these options.

Do You Do Engraving on Rings?

Yes! We offer personalized engraving on most of our rings and all engraving-friendly items for that extra personal touch.

Do You Make Banarasi Gulabi Meenakari Jewellery?

Yes! We create unique and customized Gulabi Meenakari Jewellery, specially made in collaboration with Heritage Jewellers of Banaras.

How Long Does It Take to Make an Engagement Ring?

It typically takes 3-4 weeks to custom-make an engagement ring after the design is confirmed. Design work usually takes 1-2 weeks, depending on customer feedback and gemstone availability. Manufacturing begins once the design is approved by the client.

Can I See Your Jewellery in Person?

Currently, we show our jewellery only at our factory premises for bulk buyers. However, we are planning to open a brand outlet in Delhi and Ghaziabad in February 2026.

What Payment Options Do I Have?

We accept credit card payments online through Paytm. Your order will only be processed upon successful payment.

I'm Giving This as a Gift. What Are My Options as I Place My Order?

For that extra personal touch, we offer a complimentary gift card with your own personalized message. Your jewellery will be packaged in elegantly branded gift packaging, perfect for gifting or personal storage. You may also purchase gift vouchers, jewellery cleaners, diamond scopes, or jewellery boxes.

Why is There a Difference in the Number of Days I Receive My Items?

Items marked as "In-stock" are typically dispatched in 5 working days. "Make-to-order" items will take about 4 weeks as they require backordering. If you wish to expedite your order, please contact us.

Are There Any Shipping Charges for Online Purchases?

We offer free shipping for domestic and international orders. For international shipments, we use FedEx. However, you may be subject to import taxes, sales taxes, and customs duties, which will be collected once your shipment arrives in your country. Please contact us if you'd like to self-collect from our collection points.

How Is My Shipment Packaged and Delivered?

For international shipments, your order will arrive in FedEx packaging to ensure security. Inside, you will find our elegantly branded gift packaging. If you’d like special delivery arrangements (e.g., a surprise gift), please contact us.

Can I Resize My Ring If the Size Is Not Right?

Yes! We offer a one-time free resizing service within 6 months of shipment or collection. For subsequent resizes, a fee of $45-$65 applies, which includes checking, cleaning, and polishing your ring. Some rings (such as eternity rings or those made with platinum) may be difficult or impossible to resize.

How Can I Better Maintain/Care for My Diamond Jewellery?

To maintain the brilliance of your diamond jewellery, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, such as nail polish remover, perfume, or hairspray. We recommend professional cleaning once a month. You can also purchase our jewellery cleaner for regular use.

Understanding Precious Metals: Platinum vs. Gold

Platinum is a naturally white metal that is more durable and resistant to scratching. It is costlier than gold and is typically used for wedding bands. Gold is alloyed with other metals for strength and durability, and is available in various karatages (e.g., 18K, 22K, 14K). It is less expensive than platinum and easier to maintain.

Understanding Gemstones

Gemstones are graded by color, clarity, and size. The best quality gemstones have a rich color and clarity with minimal inclusions. The purity of the gemstone’s hue and its saturation contribute to its value. Treatment can enhance the gemstone's appearance, but natural, untreated gemstones are generally more valuable.

What Are the Custom Design Terms?

All ring orders come with one free resizing within one full size (Platinum rings have a resizing fee). Custom orders are non-refundable, and payment is due upon completion of the design. All jewellery is covered under warranty against manufacturer defects.

Can I Customize a Piece I Found on Your Website?

Yes! We offer customizations for most of our designs to fit your style. However, we do not copy designs from other stores, as it is illegal. We can design something similar based on patterns or motifs you like.

What Are the 4 C's?

The 4 C's of diamonds are:

• Carat: Measures the weight of the diamond.
• Clarity: Indicates how clear the diamond is, based on inclusions inside the stone.
• Color: Refers to the presence of color in the diamond. Diamonds range from D (colorless) to Z (noticeable color).

What Is the Difference Between Karat and Carat?

Karat: Refers to the purity of gold. Carat: Refers to the weight of diamonds and gemstones.
