Product Delivery Duration

We offer various delivery timelines based on the type of product ordered:

  • For In-Stock Ready Products: 24 to 48 hours from the confirmation of payment. Orders confirmed before 4 PM in winter and 5 PM in summer will be processed on the same day.
  • For Customized Products: An additional 3 to 5 days for customization, added to the normal delivery time of 24 to 48 hours. Orders confirmed before 4 PM in winter and 5 PM in summer will be processed on the same day.
  • For Products from Designer's Design Gallery: 7 to 10 days after order and payment confirmation.
  • For Customized Products from Designer's Design Gallery: 10 to 12 days after order and payment confirmation.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the product’s size, weight, and delivery location. Shipping charges will be added at checkout.

Note: Shipping charges are extra for any exchanges or returns of the product as per our policy.

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within India. For any requests outside of India, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment. You can use this number on the shipping carrier’s website for real-time tracking updates.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any stage due to issues such as payment discrepancies, order processing problems, or any other concerns. In case of cancellation, we will notify you and initiate a refund process where applicable.

Delays

We aim to deliver all orders within the specified timeframes. However, external factors such as adverse weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you via email about the delay and provide an updated estimated delivery time.

Damaged or Lost Products

If your product is damaged during transit or if your order is lost, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
