Refund Policy:
Refunds are only applicable in cases where the discrepancy is from the company’s side. If the product is returned due to company fault, the refund will be processed after confirming the issue. Customers are advised to carefully review product details before purchasing. No refunds will be processed unless the return is due to a company error.
Refund requests must be made within the allowed time frame and must include the following:
- Original Bill / Payment Invoice
- Relevant Certification of purity & stones
- Product in original condition
- Jewellery Box
The product must be securely packed before being handed over to the delivery personnel. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after approval.
Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Not Accepted If:
- Product is customized or damaged.
- Alterations have been made by third-party technicians.
- Original documents are missing or tampered with.
Cancellation Policy:
The company reserves the right to cancel any order partially or fully in case of discrepancies or suspicious purchase intentions.
Non-E-Commerce Return/Exchange:
For non-e-commerce (Retail and B2B) orders, return or exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery if there is a product mismatch or company fault. No return or exchange will be accepted beyond 2 days.

- These policies are valid only for orders within India.
- The company reserves the right to accept or reject any return or exchange.
