Product Exchange & Buy Back Policy
Adamjewellery allows product exchange and buy-back based on current market value after deducting making charges, processing fees, and applicable government taxes. Making charges are excluded from the product value during exchange or buy-back. The original bill and certificate must be provided for both processes. Purity and quality checks of metal and materials are mandatory. Policies may change in accordance with market and government regulations.
Exchange Policy: Exchange is allowed based on current market value of materials, provided the original bill and certificate are submitted. No exchange is possible without these documents.
Cancellation Policy: The company reserves the right to cancel any order partially or fully in case of discrepancies or suspicious purchase intentions.
Return Policy: Returns are only accepted if the discrepancy is from the company’s side. Customers are advised to review all product details before purchasing. No returns accepted otherwise.
Return & Exchange SOP:
- Contact the company via call or official email to record your request within the allowed time.
- Include the following during return:
- Original Bill / Payment Invoice
- Relevant Certification of purity & stones
- Product in original condition
- Jewellery Box
- Ensure good packing before handing over to delivery personnel.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after approval.
Return Not Accepted If:
- Product is customized or damaged.
- Alterations done by third-party technicians.
- Missing or tampered original documents.
Note: Company holds full rights to accept or reject returns or exchanges. These policies are valid only for orders within India. Shipping charges apply to all returns or exchanges.
Payment Mode Policies: Payments must be made via the official payment gateway during online orders.
Product Delivery Duration:
- In-stock products: 24–48 hours (order confirmed before 4 PM in winter, 5 PM in summer)
- Customized products: 3–5 additional days beyond standard delivery
- Designer gallery products: 7–10 days after order and payment confirmation
- Customized designer products: 10–12 days after confirmation
Company Sales Policies (Non-E-Commerce):
- Retail Business: 50% advance + 50% on delivery
- B2B Retail: 50% advance + 50% on delivery
- B2B Bulk: 50% advance at order confirmation, 25% at sample approval, remaining 25% on delivery
Return/Exchange (Non-E-Commerce):
Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery in case of product mismatch or company fault. No return/exchange is accepted beyond 2 days.
Payment Methods:
- Retail Orders: Full online payment at time of ordering
- B2B/Wholesale: IMPS, RTGS, or Cheque (delivery after full payment is received)
